Through 2008, hunts in 2009 on the Comoe Leraba Reserve may be booked in one of three ways.
1) You can contact AGEREF/CL (Inter-villages Association for Natural Resources and Wildlife Management of the Comoé Léraba Reserve) directly to schedule an unguided hunt. Click here for details. 2) Contact Kongoba West African Adventures to act as a consultant to schedule an unguided hunt with AGEREF/CL for you. 3) You can book your hunt as described in this website by contacting Kongoba West African Adventures. Rates, terms, and conditions will change depending on the dollar conversion. The current rates will apply at the time the hunt is confirmed. We believe that this is a true bargain, and encourage you to book now for a 2009 hunt. This is likely the best and most unique West African hunting experience available. |
Mike McCrary I was raised in Kansas and came to Alaska in 1974, and have lived here since. When I arrived in Alaska in 1974 after a tour of duty with the USMC I had no idea what I was going to do for employment. I only knew that the hunting and fishing in Kansas was not the same as the adventure I could have in Alaska. It did not take long to arrive at a decision. Aviation would have to be a part of the adventure. In 1976 I earned my license as an aircraft mechanic and started guiding hunters. By 1977 I had earned a commercial pilot's certificate. I worked steady as a pilot/guide through the 80s. The work was seasonal, and I filled in some of the time training dog teams, trapping, commercial fishing, flying spotter aircraft for the commercial fleet and working on aircraft. In addition I worked in the oil fields on the North Slope as a mechanic and electrician on the rigs. Having finally seen all of Alaska I started Alaska Bush Sports in 1997. In the past ten years I have marketed, planned and coordinated logistics and charters for sportsmen, tourists, and government agencies. E-mail - Mike@kongoba.com |
